The Lebanon Rescue Mission thrives because of the dedication and generosity of our volunteers. Whether you enjoy serving at special events, connecting with local churches, or helping during the holidays, there’s a place for you to make a difference.
Special Events
- Annual Golf Tournament – First Friday in June
- Agape Christmas senior outreach -collections begin in July
- Annual Dinner and Silent Auction – Third Friday in October
- Food Drive – Late October through mid-December
Church Ambassador
Help our ministry stay connected with local churches by sharing information about upcoming events and volunteer needs.
Administrative Opportunities
- Office assistance – assist with office duties at our main campus as needed
- Cleaning offices – help keep our offices welcoming and tidy
Christmas Holiday Opportunities
- Decorating – Spread holiday cheer by helping decorate the Mission, both inside and out.
- Community Meals – Assist with meal preparation and serving on December 23 and 24 from 12–1 pm
Kitchen Opportunities
- Prepping items for Mobile Senior Pantry – bag food items in preparation for deliveries
- Prep food items for our Shelter Guests – work with food services to make salad, fruit and baked goods to be used with meals
- Community Meals – Assist with meal preparation and serving on December 23 and 24 from 12–1 pm
