Agape Christmas

This outreach has already grown beyond our initial vision. And, with your help, we want to include even more seniors this year!

Last year, our volunteer teams delivered nearly 800 Agape Christmas bags. Each bag contains enough food for several meals, Gospel reading material, and hand-made gifts, such as knitted lap throws.

We have already started gathering food, and many teams from churches and organizations are making gifts and Christmas cards.

Each bag shares the love of Christ at Christmas with our community seniors. Last year, we visited seniors in 13 senior communities managed by Community Homes and the Lebanon Housing Authority.

• Carrots – cans
• Tuna – cans
• Corn – cans
• Green beans – cans
• Great northern beans
• Peanut butter
• Granola bars
• Oatmeal packets
• Instant Potatoes – pouches
• Fruit cups – sleeves
• Instant coffee – plastic jars
• Hot chocolate – boxes
