This in office role maintains volunteer inquiries, applications, onboarding, training, scheduling, and recognition while building meaningful relationships through encouragement, prayer, and support. You will work closely with staff to match volunteers with the right opportunities, maintain volunteer records and hours, and help ensure volunteers feel equipped and valued as they serve.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, people focused, comfortable communicating with others, and passionate about sharing the love of Jesus through service.
